Are you experiencing your life in the best way possible?   Or is there some aspect of it is not really going the way you want or think it should be?

I work with individuals and teams, to identify and change the thoughts that are holding them back from experiencing their life in the best way possible. I use many different tools and techniques to help people achieve meaningful lasting change in all areas of their life. I have a passion for coaching to develop and lead teams, to bring harmony, strength, resilience and happiness to the workforce (which ultimately drives productivity.  I also work with individuals, one on one on any area they want improvement. My method client lead, individually tailored and unique.

With a Diploma in Modern Psychology, I am a qualified Master Hypnotherapist, Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) practitioner and Life and Success Coach. I have also developed my own unique program working with your Reticular Activation System. This part of your brain and mind dictates how you consciously experience the world around you and is driven by your thought’s, beliefs and programming.

With the use of various “Thought Modalities” I can help you identify and eliminate obstacles or blocks preventing you from moving forward or making the changes you want or need. These tools and techniques all help to give you added clarity and insight which enables you to move forward quicker, stronger and with more certainty

​I have a background in both the corporate and mining industry, specialising in developing and leading strong teams and culture, which drove my passion for learning to understand people and how they think. I have been very fortunate to have worked and socialised with people from all different walks of life, from the boardroom to the mining pit. 

​ For me nothing is more exciting, challenging, or humbling than to help someone improve the way they experience their life. You only get one life…I want to help you make it the best it can be.

So what exactly does Resource Within offer?

At Resource Within I will show you how your thoughts, beliefs and subconscious programming are dictating the way you experience your life and I will work with you to make the necessary changes so that your experience of life will become better.

I utilise different “Thought Management” Modalities such as Hypnotherapy, EFT(Tapping) and my own unique RAS reprogramming. All sessions are client lead and I simply guide you through the changes you need to make. 

The first 30-minute session is completely FREE, to give you a better understanding of what I offer, how I can help you and to ensure it’s right for you.  As with any type of personal improvement (mental, emotional, physical) it’s important that you are willing to engage and participate in your transformation.  

No matter what age, stage or life circumstance, it’s never too late to start working on creating the best version of yourself and to start experiencing life in a better way

EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques  (Tapping) 

One of the tools in my tool kit is Clinical EFT, a safe, rapid, reliable, and effective treatment for both psychological and medical issues. This method is validated in many research studies, and shown it to be an “evidence-based” practice
EFT is a focussed technique for calming the brain's fear/stress centre and significantly lowering the stress hormone cortisol. Millions of people have learned to apply EFT tapping for themselves when they feel stressed, and even children can use it. This leading-edge technique often works quickly. It is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. 
EFT (often called Tapping) helps to turn off the stress response so you can experience calm and clarity. 
We feel stress, fear and anxiety (all emotions actually) not just in our mind but in our entire body.  When your stressed or unsettled you may experience physical symptoms such as shallower breathing, you may feel like you have a knot in  your stomach,  feel queasy or unsettled, you may have a lump in your throat, or your chest feels  tight. Tapping works on the body, it works remarkably fast and it updates the brains learning pathways.   Tapping addresses both the mind and the body  which is why it is so powerful.

Hypnotherapy works by empowering people to change and update subconscious beliefs. Through hypnosis, we can reframe and update old beliefs and replace them with new, more helpful assumptions. 

Hypnotherapy  uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. The person's attention is so focused while in this state that anything going on around them is temporarily blocked out or ignored. In this naturally occurring state, a person can focus their attention - with the help of the therapist --on specific thoughts or tasks.

We are mostly driven by our unconscious thoughts – which are shaped by memories, experiences and expectations –this in turn ultimately drive our conscious actions and dictates how we react and perceive the world around us. This is evident in many of our unwanted reaction and habits – negative self-talk, anxiety, fears, overeating – they’re all deeply rooted in unconscious thought.

Through hypnotherapy, though, we can begin to alter and update these negative assumptions
